Melissa Karadana

Melissa Karadana has more than 9 years of experience in strategy, program development and supply chains. She started her career in the textile industry and has worked in and with many production countries such as China, Turkey and South East Asia. In 2019 she made the career move from big business to the development sector. She has experience ranging from leading a NGO on girls education in the Philippines to managing economic empowerment programs for women coming from underrepresented communities.
